Valuation / Business Appraisal

Leisure Business Advisors LLC (LBA) provides valuations and business appraisals for a variety of leisure businesses. This typically involves three approaches:

• Income - Financial performance is evaluated and capitalized.
• Market - Sales of similar leisure businesses are examined and their experience applied to the operation valued.
• Asset - The current value of equipment and other assets is estimated.
