Expanded Feasibility Study with Conceptual Design

The feasibility study provides physical planning recommendations that will assist designers and architects during the design stage of development. It is critical that designs are in line with market needs and expected cash flow. 

As part of an expanded feasibility study, Leisure Business Advisors (LBA) can provide a walk-through description and color concept art images of the new leisure attraction seen through the eyes of a typical visitor. These would help suggest its general "look and feel" in financing and promotional presentations. This extra effort can be done from the start of the consulting assignment, or added after the standard study has been completed.
